Step by Step Guide

1. Make contact

You've got so far and we'd like to help you get even further. Complete the Contact Form or book a call and we will do the rest. If you'd like a call back, we don't have to introduce ourselves as the Hotel and Restaurant Inspector, we can use whatever contact name you prefer in order to keep the contact confidential.

2. Discuss your challenge

Together we will talk through your challenge, how we may help and how we typically carry out an inspection. We get to know you and the venue through listening. We can do this over the phone or arrange to meet you at the venue or an alternative location if you wish our meeting to remain confidential.

3. Project Scoping and Pricing

We will outline your challenge as we understand it. There is no pressure for you to take any of the services we offer. Our pricing is transparent and fixed for thirty days. We see this as you making a big investment in us and the future of your business.

4. Contract to Proceed

On the agreement of the project and price we issue you a contract to proceed, which you sign, agree and pay the 50% deposit. We then source the Inspector(s) from our experienced team who independently make the arrangements to visit.

5. The Visit

Visits usually take place within thirty days of the deposit being paid, subject to venue and inspector availability. Our Inspector(s) will test in a discreet manner. They may give the appearance of normal guests, diners or users of the venue. If an open inspection, they will make themsleves known to the General Manager on arrival and the inspection will commence.

6. The Report

The Inspector will evaluate the visit, complete the comprehensive scorecard and or complete the report. Within thirty days our findings will be ready, we will invoice for the remaining 50% plus costs incurred during the visit, then present the comprehensive report. If you require further services, for example help in implementaion of our recommendations or mentoring we will provide a seperate contract unless part of packaged offer.
