It's probably the most comprehensive investigation in the sector. We look at the building, the decor, the offer and the people, from the eyes of both the owner and the customer. Our work in these venues can be rather delicate and therefore tend to be more covert than for other business venues. All our work is totally confidential in the way we operate and our reporting. Final reports can be presented to the Senior Leadership Team, the member or shareholder board.
